21 Oct October 21, 2014 in Election Notices Election Notice November 4, 2014 General Election The first day of grace period registration or change of address and grace period voting in the office of the election authority will be from Wednesday, October 8, 2014 through Election Day, Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at 301 River Park Drive, Suite 300, East St. Louis, Illinois. Regular office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. In addition, extended grace period of registration and voting will be held on the following days: Saturday, October 25, 2014: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Saturday, November 1, 2014: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Sunday, November 2, 2014: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 4, 2014: 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The grace period of registration and voting allows those individuals who failed to register or change their address by Tuesday, October 7, 2014.
