ELECTION NOTICE
NOVEMBER 3, 2026 GENERAL ELECTION
GRACE PERIOD REGISTRATION & VOTING HOURS
The first day for grace period registration and voting at the office of the election authority will be Wednesday, October 7, 2026 through Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at 301 River Park Drive, Suite 300, East St. Louis, Illinois. Regular office hours are 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. It should be noted that all Polling Places in the City of East St. Louis will have grace period registration and voting on Election Day from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Grace period registration and voting allow those individuals who failed to register or change their address by Tuesday, October 6, 2026.
In addition, extended grace period registration and voting will be held during the following weekend hours at the locations listed:
Township Senior Citizens Center
(Address: 6755 State Street, East St. Louis, IL)
NOTE: All voters in the City of East St. Louis can vote on Election Day at the East St. Louis Board of Election Commissioners Office located at 301 River Park Drive, Suite 300, East St. Louis, Illinois during polling place hours (6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.), regardless of the precinct in which they are registered.
